All orders are delivered within 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Restrictions
 We do not deliver to upper floors. Delivery will be made only to the ground floor or main entrance of the shipping address.
Our courier will deliver the order at the building entrance (ground level). We appreciate your understanding to ensure efficient delivery operations.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
