What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

Warranty Period:

  • Industrial Sewing Machines: 3 years from date of purchase
  • Home Sewing Machines: 1 year from date of purchase

Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, starting from the date of purchase shown on your warranty card or proof of purchase.

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (transportation, dropping, misuse, accidents)
  • Electrical problems from unstable or incorrect power supply
  • Damage from misuse or improper operation
  • Consumable parts (hook, bobbin, needle, normal wear and tear)
  • Foreign objects inside the machine
  • Transportation damage
What costs am I responsible for?

Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for the technician's transportation cost to and from the machine's location.

Warranty Service: The service itself is provided according to the applicable warranty terms at no additional charge, unless the repair falls outside warranty coverage.

What voids my warranty?

The warranty may be voided by:

  • Repairs, modifications, or adjustments by unauthorized technicians
  • Installation or use of unauthorized or non-approved spare parts
  • Unauthorized disassembly or self-repair before contacting customer service
  • Missing or incomplete official warranty stamp on your warranty card
  • Any use that does not follow the machine's operating instructions
What should I do if my machine has a problem?

Do NOT disassemble, modify, or attempt repairs yourself.

Instead:

  1. Contact customer service immediately

All other warranty terms and conditions are the same for both customers.
