Refund policy

1. Return Period:
Customers may return a sewing machine within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The machine has not been used.

• It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. Inspection:
All returned machines will be inspected by our technical team to ensure they meet the return conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Cases:

• Machines that have been used or damaged by the customer.

• Missing original packaging or accessories.

• Custom orders or specially modified machines.

4. Refund Process:
Approved returns will be refunded within 14 working days. Refund methods available (based on customer preference):

• Cash – for in-person returns at our service center.

• Mobile Wallet – refund to mobile wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, etc.).

• Bank Account – bank transfer to the customer's registered account.

5. Return Location:
Returns can be made directly at our service center or through an approved dealer.
