Warranty FAQ
Warranty Period:
- Industrial Sewing Machines: 3 years from date of purchase
- Home Sewing Machines: 1 year from date of purchase
Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, starting from the date of purchase shown on your warranty card or proof of purchase.
Not Covered:
- Physical damage (transportation, dropping, misuse, accidents)
- Electrical problems from unstable or incorrect power supply
- Damage from misuse or improper operation
- Consumable parts (hook, bobbin, needle, normal wear and tear)
- Foreign objects inside the machine
- Transportation damage
Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for the technician's transportation cost to and from the machine's location.
Warranty Service: The service itself is provided according to the applicable warranty terms at no additional charge, unless the repair falls outside warranty coverage.
The warranty may be voided by:
- Repairs, modifications, or adjustments by unauthorized technicians
- Installation or use of unauthorized or non-approved spare parts
- Unauthorized disassembly or self-repair before contacting customer service
- Missing or incomplete official warranty stamp on your warranty card
- Any use that does not follow the machine's operating instructions
Do NOT disassemble, modify, or attempt repairs yourself.
Instead:

- Use the machine according to the operating instructions
- Use a stable and suitable electrical supply (use voltage regulator when required)
- Use only approved spare parts
- Do not modify the machine
- Use only authorized technicians
- Keep your warranty card and proof of purchase safely
- Always contact customer service before any repair

Choose “Pay Later” tab, then pick your finance provider: Aman, Halan, TRU, Mylo or others.

Provide your mobile number and either National ID or Finance Company ID. Click Continue.

Pick your preferred duration: 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, or 36 months. Review monthly amount, then Continue.

Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile. If you don’t receive it, click Resend. Then Submit.
