Description
JACK K5E Interlock, A series of modern, 3-needle interlock machines with a cylinder bed, equipped with an energy-saving motor mounted in the head (Direct Drive system), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and lower power consumption. Machines dedicated to sew closed circuit in blouses, T-shirts and other knitted products, decorative stitching and many other operations. The bottom differential transport ensures a high quality stitch, even with very inconvenient Lycra materials. The machine is equpped in LED lighting (with the possibility of 3-level adjustment of light intensity).

Technical parameters: Sewing speed up to 5500 stitches / min – presser foot lift up to 6.2 mm – standard needle gauges: 5.6 mm or 6.4 mm (optionally – option of another gauges).

Step Motor Foot Lifter – The presser foot lifter is controlled by a stepper motor making it twice as strong and long lasting as the old magnet.
Step Motor Thread Trimmer (-UT) – Even the thread trimmer is controlled by a stepper motor which gives it a quick response and makes it extremely silent (-6dB).
High Speed – The speed of the K5E is 5,500 rpm, compared to the 3,700 rpm of a normal machine with cover, the efficiency increases more than 50%.
Wide Adaptability on Fabrics – Ability to sew on thin fabrics, knits and up to 8 layers of fabric thickness, without any adjustment, maintaining the beauty of the stitch.
Computerized with Voice Guide – Using the machine it will teach you the various functions itself, if there are errors it will notify you and by clicking on the VOICE button it will suggest how to solve the problem, furthermore with a single key you can go back to the initial settings. (-UT only).

Industry 4.0 (Optional) – Thanks to the integrated WIFI module you can modify the parameters and control the productivity of the machine directly from the application. NB: a Jack gateway must be purchased for every 50 machines.
